Mar 1, 2018: The Superior General of the Society of Jesus, Very Rev. Fr. Arturo Sosa Abascal SJ, visited St. Aloysius College where he addressed a large gathering of the members of the Staff of the Jesuit Institutions, Alumni, Benefactors, Executive members of the Parents- teacher Associations and the Sodality of the Immaculate Conception. Earlier Fr Sosa escorted by the Staff and students of St. Aloysius in a cultural procession with drums and dance and greeted according to the Indian tradition with a garland, arathi and tender coconut water.

The cultural programme that followed had an array of coastal folk art and dance form. The one-day visit of the Jesuit Superior General was indeed memorable, grace-filled and inspiring.
