The catholic students of Athena Nursing College Mangalore had their three days retreat at Fatima Retreat House, Mangalore on June 30th to July 2, 2022 between 9.00am to 5.00pm in the Divine Mercy Church. The gathering was greeted and welcomed by the superior and director of FRH Fr Anil D Mello SJ. The retreat was led by Jesus Youth Group, Kerala. The retreat emphasised on the values for life and addressed how, in today's world, technology has surpassed relationships. The retreat made the students to think about the value of family and gave them insights about love and expectations. About 350 students attended the prayerful retreat. The retreat was involved with singing, praise and worship, reflection and the eucharistic celebration marked the end of the retreat.
